Stress incontinence: Treatment of sui is only indicated when the patient feels something must be done. I find that kegel exercises only help the mildest of leakage. Evaluation: Depends on the cause of the incontinence. I would highly recommend that you get an evaluation by a urologist or urogynecologist to evaluate your pelvic floor and functioning. There are many treatment options depending on the cause of the incontinence www.voicesforpfd.org
