It takes persistence: First line therapy includes a high fiber diet, lots of fluids, probiotics and lomitil. Avoid foods that cause problems for you. Consider pelvic muscle rehab with biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy. May consider seeing a urogynecologist or colorectal surgeon.
