Retin A (tretinoin): That will tighten and exfoliate the skin. Chemical peel works and botox. Rf devices can work as can laser treatments, microneedling. See an aesthetic doctor for the best care.

A 43-year-old member asked:
Are there any effective treatment that improves the fine lines and wrinkles other than fillers?

It depends: It depends on where the lines and wrinkles are. For frown line, forehead lines, and crow's feet around the eyes, botulinum toxin (botox, dysport) is probably the best choice. For laugh lines, fillers are better. Chemical peels and laser resurfacing may be appropriate for either. See your dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment recommendations.
