Right away: For most people, they can resume normal activities right away. The treated area may have a little bruising, be a little numb or itchy for a few days - but these are minor, and don't typically interfere with any activities you want to do.

No Downtime: There is no downtime or restrictions with coolsculpting. You can return to your normal activities right away. In fact, many of our patients come in to have the procedure done during their lunch breaks.

Right away: Coolsculpting treatments take about an hour each and you can return to normal activity right away. You will have some discomfort and bruising for about a week. The pain is similar to the pain after a hard workout.

Fairly quickly : You may have some tenderness in the treated areas for a few days. Your activity shouldn't be affected though. Some folks feel drinking water and being active will help with breaking down and excreting the treated fat.
