I have had dizziness for 2 years, i get horrible headaches, pressure in face and ears. i also get a little shaky. what could be causing this?

Many things: Dizziness is common and can be caused by several different things ranging from a virus that affects your inner ear to a multitude of other possibvle causes (bp issues, blood sugar issues, neurological issues, cardiac issues, musculoskeletal issues, etc.) check your area for "balance or dizzy centers, which often incoporate a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing dizziness.
