Muscle fatigue : Muscle cramps may be due to fatigue and or low potassium or calcium. You can increase your potassium by eating a banana or drinking orange juice daily. A calcium supplement with vitamin d may also be helpful. If you continue to have difficulty, you should be examined by a podiatrist or physician.
