Maybe: If u are young (under 45 or so) u have a higher chance of periods returning after ablation bc ur body is producing plenty of estrogen which acts to thicken the lining of the uterus. If u had csections there is a slightly higher chance of failure of novasure bc of poss. Of having a cond called adenomyosis. If pain persists, u need sono and eval for causes.

This is not uncommon: It is not uncommon to have some bleeding after an endometrial ablation. In some cases regular periods may return after several months or years. It is more common to have light bleeding. The cramping may be caused by retention of blood in the uterus. You should discuss this with your doctor at a future visit.
