Flu season: The fever will likely arrive soon. Drink plenty of fluids, rest and take advil (ibuprofen) for fever and body aches. This year has been a very virulent year for GI and respiratory viral infections. Good luck!

Hard to know: Would need a full history and physical exam to even begin to guess. Cannot diagnose you over the internet. Please go and see a primary care physician. Sounds like you should be seen asap.
