A few things...: It's difficult to tell the source based on your symptoms. It could be infectious or it could be something surgical. If you are unable to keep down fluids and the vomiting persists you need to go to the emergency room at least for getting intravenous hydration. If the bloating continues and you stop having bowel movements, you may have obstruction, a surgical emergency. I would get seen now.
