Onovulatory bleeding: Checking a pregnancy test is important. Assuming you're not pregnant, this cramping is probably due to disordered endometrium and possibly blood in the uterus. Could also be due to other causes such as mass in the uterus. See your doctor about regulating your cycle/menses.
