Maybe: One can consider doing a home pregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period.

If you are still: late after the week is over and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. If you have two then you know. If the second is negative then take another one 1 week after. Having unprotected intercourse 2 days within the ovulation date is dangerous for obvious reasons, since sperm lasts 2-4 days within the vaginal tract. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
