Leg Exercises: Trimming down your legs is difficult. You need to make sure you cut out the carbs in your diet. Next you need to do some cardio for your legs: running, biking, stair stepper for at least 20 minutes 4-5 times a week. Lastly you need to do resistance training for your legs: 4-5 sets of 10-12 reps: leg presses, leg curls, knee extensions and calf raises. You need to raise the weight for each set.
