Yes: Treat the prolactinoma and the estrogen, testosterone level should go back to normal. That is if the loss of libido is caused by the prolactinoma (or hormonal imbalances due to the prolactinoma) in the first place. Often times, loss of libido is caused by many things so you have to look at everything (obesity, medications, stress, depression, thyroid, adrenals...) and not only the prolactinoma.

Libido loss is big!: Libido loss and mood disorders are common with hyperprolactinemia.You need x-ray studues, but irrespective of findings most agree that Cabergoline in small doses, 2x per week should be tried first! your prolactin level should plummet and your libido should normalize. This has been shown with bromocryptine as well, but is less used. Remember, hyperprolactinemia is a cause for infertility!
