Diagnosis?: Just because you are on Risperdal does not mean you are bipolar or schizophrenic. Risperdal is an anti psychotic medication and people with major depressive disorder can have psychotic symptoms during a depressed episode. I would discuss this with the doctor who prescribed the Risperdal to clarify the target symptoms and your working diagnosis
