Orthopedic issue?: Need more info, but sounds musculoskeletal. Would start by seeing your doctor. He may suggest x-rays especially if there was some trauma. Then, ? Orthopedics consult.

Groin pain: Sounds like hip arthritis. Get x-ray and orthopedic exam. Other possibilities include hernia & referred lumbar pain.
