Difficult situation: Apparently, all your coworkers see is you not being there to manage workload which then falls on them. They react as they do. I don't know whether your CNS disorder and its needs for medical attention are common knowledge at work? If not, they don't know "why" you miss some days. Do you cover for them in return -- or offer thanks for their help at work while you take care of your medical needs?
