May not be related: You need to keep drinking enough water and eating enough calories to maintain your energy and circulation. Also you need to eat a balanced diet with leafy vegetables and fruits. Many times people forget about the water side of the equation. But the lightheaded and dizziness may not be related to your diet. Congratulations on the weight loss.
