Rheumatology 52 years experience
No: The pain you describe is not normal. While postpartum back pain may persist, it usually is not a long term problem the knee pain would be unrelated to the pregnancy.
Orthopedic Spine Surgery 35 years experience
No.: If this isn't something you have already discussed with your ob/gyn you should definitely consult with him/her. He/she may recommend you see a spine specialist to further investigate the cause of your pain and recommend options for treating it.
