Stye: If it is an allergic reaction to chia seeds, this would almost always cause swelling of both eyes, not just one eyelid. Unilateral eye swelling is more commonly a stye, or an infection of the lid. But to evaluate this more thoroughly, you should see your eye doctor ASAP.
