Many possibilities: You seem to have what we would call "secondary infertility" (infertility after previously having children). There are many possible explanations: did you have any complications with your last pregnancy? How old are you now? Do you menstruate/ovulate regularly? Are you with the same partner who fathered your other children? Most likely an ob/gyn or fertility specialist could help you conceive!

Evaluation involves confirmation of ovulation, patency of fallopian tubes, and assessment of sperm characteristics. Abnormalities in any one of these may make it more difficult to conceive, even with history of previous live birth(s).
