Rib pain: This sounds like pain related to the movement of your ribs when you breathe, but it can also be muscular in nature. You can try taking a deep breath, then coughing forcefully as you exhale. You can also try rolling up a hand towel lengthwise and laying down on it, then moving from side to side to "massage" the area. Consistent anti-inflammatories also helps, but usually takes about a month.
