Many diseases: Most patients get affected by some diseases but we never see in real life medicine that one person getting affected by various or multiple disease states. It just does not happen. Now you have anxiety issues which i think can be controlled by non-pharmacological approach. Good luck and don't smoke.

Health anxiety: Health anxiety is not uncommon, and can make you fear having all kinds of diseases that you don't have. It can make you interpret every body sensation as something dire. It's great that you stopped smoking -- congratulations on eliminating that risk! there is excellent help for health anxiety through psychotherapy. See a therapist you trust and have rapport with. Work w/pcp on overall health.
