Better sports bra: It could be that you need a better sports bra for support. Find a place that does a good fitting for bra, or consider a sports bra. If you have pain in a specific area see a surgeon.

Possible: Mid cycle breast pain is common; however i suggest a breast exam by a physician as a minimum intervention and to be repeated annually. Additionally all women are encouraged to adobt self breast awareness and know what their breasts feel like and report any changes immediately to their physicians. Often times, further breast imaging studies could be necessary.

Yep: Breast pain can be a common symptom. Fortunately it is not a common symptom of breast cancer. Cyclical breast pain is often related to your menstrual cycle as your breasts respond to the variations of hormones in your body. You should speak about your concerns with your friendly primary care physician.
