Breast mass: It is unlikely cancer at your age and most likely a fibroadenoma which is benign. But you most certainly see your doctor to evaluate any change in your self exam.

Not likely...: ...to be cancer at your age but I'm curious about your "strong family history". Certain inherited traits can increase the risk of cancer even at a ridiculously young age. My advise: first, chill and let your doc work up this lump. Second, ask him/her if you should see a specialist with expertise in risk assessment and genetics. Hope it's all well.
