I am having laser tattoo removal on the back of my neck. I had my first session two weeks ago , its healing very well however I noticed a round hard painful lump at the base of my skull back of neck. Swollen lymph node??
For the last couple months Ive had a pelvic lymph node become a bit swollen. It doesnt hurt and its the size of a pea. Ive had a urine test done which came back clean and also had an ultrasound which showed nothing. Whats causing it? Im worried?

Very small but hard and immobile occipital lymph node ( I think thats what it is). At the very bottle of my hair line, back of neck on the right side. No pain. Only 25 years old, 116 pounds. Doesnt seem to move. No other swollen nodes or symptoms?
