Thrush: If you have been on antibiotics, it could be thrush, which is a fungal infection due to the exposure to antibiotics. There is a simple antifungal medicine that your doctor can prescribe.

Asee below: A white tongue could be due to toxins in your system a dry tongue is usually seen with dehydration is this a coating on your tongue or is this the color of your tongue? If its your tongue color you could have circulatory problems if its a coating it could be toxins showing up. You mentioned antibiotics so i'm assuming your taking antibiotics for something think more about toxins.
