Pain: You need to see a urologist, recurrent UTI with pain can be secondary to bladder stone, prostate infection, sometimes bladder tumor might present as uti. Ulatrasound of kidneys and bladder might be a helpful quick screening test.

Rule out UTI: U may not have eliminated the original uti. Best to get a urinalysis if you have pain after voiding. Bacteria causing your UTI may have been reistant to the antibiotic. Symptoms could be due to an std, if u r sexually active. Best to see your dr. If symptoms continue. Good luck.
