Protein: That's a tough injury. Hopefully your nerves were not completely severed. If a portion of the nerve remained intact your likelihood for recovery is much greater. Nothing: Save your money. There is no good evidence that any supplements speed healing. If you are had a chain saw injury and are older than a teenager, you will never fully recover.
