Two options:: http://www.drugs.com/mtm/fluconazole.html the usual adult dose for oral thrush is 200 mg on the first day followed by 100 mg orally once a day. Therapy should be continued for at least 2 weeks to decrease the likelihood of relapse. Another common rx is Mycelex (clotrimazole) troche- one troche five times a day for fourteen consecutive days http://www.Drugs.Com/mtm/mycelex-troche.Html.
