See OB right away: Bleeding from pregnant uterus suggests possible placenta previa (placenta partly over-lies cervix) or abruptio placenta (placenta becoming detached from uterine wall). See OB or er right away for examine, including ultrasound to determine condition. Good luck.

See your doctor ASAP: Pain and bleeding in pregnancy should be fully evaluated. What you are describing could be normal first trimester spotting, but it could also indicate a possible miscarriage, or something life threatening like an ectopic pregnancy. Please call your doctor right away for advice and further directions.
