Plantar fasciitis: You probably have plantar fasciitis. The pain characteristically is worse in the morning. If the pain is just in the ball of the foot, then it would be more likely to be metatarsalgia. So the location of the pain needs to be considered, but i think you have plantar fasciitis.

Have it evaluated: Possible cause of your pain may include sprain, bursitis, fracture, contusion, neuritis, but of course there are a multitude of other possibilities. Get the feet inspected by a professional to determine the cause of the problem, as treatment varies depending on the diagnosis.
