Not very likely: Well that's a great question..And there are a few variables like is he on meds....Is he undetectable..Was there another infection like gonorrhea present etc. I'll give you a general response that i think your going to be fine. I have a large predominantly gay HIV practice here in ft. Lauderdale and can't say i've seen this except in 1 case where the kid had wisdom teeth removed then did oral.
