Need ENT eval: Unsure why this developed when it did. If this is an on-going problem, you should see an ent, have a thorough exam including an audiogram. Recent study out of korea demonstrated improvement in tinnitus loudness, duration, annoyance, and tinnitus handicap inventory score with Klonopin (clonazepam) 0.5 to 2 mg per day. This is the 3rd study that showed improvement with benzodiazepines. (jnnp 83, 821-827, 2012).
