Sensitive red foot: Redness and sensitivity that moves from one side of the foot to the other side can be tinea pedis or athlete's feet. It's a fungal infection of the skin and is contagious. It can cause burning, itching, redness and tenderness especially between the toes and on the bottoms of your feet. Try over the counter Lamisil cream. If your feet get sweaty use tinactin (tolnaftate) spray or powder. Keep feet cool and dry.
