A member asked:

Cure for lumbosacral nerve clumping ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Roger Frankel answered

Specializes in Neurosurgery

Arachnoiditis: Clumping of nerves in the lower spine is usually due to scarring known as arachnoiditis. Often there are no symptoms. If there are symptoms they can be treated with meds, but the control of pain is unpredictable. Surgery (or procedures to release scar tissue) have not been proven to be of any help.
