Need work up ASAP: Passing blood with urine can indicate many possible diagnosis. In situation of gross hematutia with pain (as in your case) , common differential diagnosis would be kidney stone, uti, renal cyst rapture, kidney & urinary bladder tumors and cystitis. Iga nephropathy and other gns cause hematuria but pain is less common . You need us, x-ray and labs to diagnose and treat this. See a doctor asap.
