Cramps in lower abdomen near vagina can be due to endometriosis, kidney stones, pelvic inflammatory diseases, intestinal diseases or simply gas, constipation, or pulled muscle. Early pregnancy or ovulation can cause as well. If tolerable, wait for 2-3 days, diagnosis will be clearer by the company it keeps. If getting worse, please seek medical help right away. .Hope it helps
