Pain with vag dischg: abdominal pain with vaginal discharge --- can be the signs of PID pelvic infection---which if left untreated can be serious----go to the doctor an get it evaluated ASAP It may be simple vaginal infection,but that should not give you abdominal pain--only discharge --
