More sleep: The majority of teenagers i see, are not getting sufficent sleep. An earlier bedtime is much better than sleeping later in the morning. Additionally, i would remove as many electronics (ie. Phones, laptops, tablets) from your room as well as they can interfere with a restful nights sleep.

Multiple Factors: Big issue. Get reasonable amount of sleep, 7-8 hours. Don't oversleep. Avoid coffee or caffeinated tea. Stop smoking. Healthy diet (low on sugars and carbohydrates, high in veggies and fruits, enough water.) moderate daily exercise. Review drugs with doctor if you're on any. Do something fun 1st thing every morning. That's a start.

Good morning: Waking up tired can be due to several factors. A person after a good night sleep should wake up energetic. If you are having this problem make sure you are getting adequate sleep and cut back on caffeine, booze and smoking. Sleep apnea can be one of the reasons of feeling tired on waking up. If you are overweight or have a history of snoring consult a physician for a sleep study.

Sleepiness: In your age you might need 9 hours of sleep. Maybe it is the reason you feel tired in morning. There are other possibilities to be tired. Need to see a doctor.
