Your problem may be physiologic, psychologic, or a combination. Start with your General Practitioner for a full physical examination/medical history/medication survey/lab tests/imaging. If everything comes back within normal limits, the next step would be an evaluation by the mental health practitioner chosen by your GP. There is a solution, but first the cause has to be revealed.

More information is needed to address this, the list of reasons for feeling tired is pages in a medical textbook. Based on the limitations of the question -the way you phrase the question, and with clinical experience, you may have a mental health issue. I would guess depression. See a doctor for a complete evaluation.
