Ulnar Nerve: That is a classic description of a pinched nerve - usually the ulnar nerve as it travels through the elbow. This can be diagnosed with nerve testing, but with typical symptoms like this, nerve testing is often not needed. If caught soon enough, often it can be treated with injections or surgery. After a year...That can be difficult. I would certainly see your doctor about it.

Disruption of Ulnar: Nerve function- probably by being compressed at the elbow or wrist. Unfortunately, by this time, may be partly irreversible. See a hand surgeon asap.
