Folliculitis or HS: Recurrent pimples, boils in groin, buttocks areas may be folliculitis or a related condition call hidradenitis suppurativa. You may need oral antibiotics to control it. Please see your doctor to be evaluated. It can worsen or even lead to scarring if untreated.
