Breathe deeply: Actelectasis basically means that your lung tissue was not maximally inflated when they shot the x-ray. An infiltrate is a descriptive term that can be used to describe a pneumonia. The symptoms you describe do not sound like they are related.

It means: there is probably a very small segment of lung that is not completely inflated on the chest xray...sometimes this can occur from not taking in a big breath. At times this can mimic a very early or small pneumonia on the xray, so if there are symptoms of pneumonia, that could be a concern. But your symptoms seem unrelated, so likely nothing to worry about.
