No: But ask your oncologist about some other medications that might help with the pain.

Yes: Surgical treatments are always the last resort. Try physical therapy 1st. Also speak to your doctor about Lidoderm patches.

Chemo: I agree with dr den . Surgery is not an option here. See your neurologist or pain management specialist. Good luck.
