No harm to baby: Many women have what you are descibing, asymptomatic bacteruria - big word!. Most of the time it is not treated, as it is likely just to keep recurring and you can have side effects from all the antibiotics used to try and clear it up. However, pregnancy is one of those times docs are more likely to treat it, especially as yo get further along in the pregnancy, they may advise treatment.

No harm to baby: You can have small amounts of bacteria in your urine as a contaminant and it not pose a significant problem. It is problematic if you have symptoms of a uti. That being said, at 4 weeks the pregnancy is in no immediate danger in the absence of symptoms.

Yes: Research has shown that pregnant women with asymptomatic urine infections has higher chances of having a miscarriage if left untreated. Your doctor should be able to choose antibiotics that are known to be safe in pregnancy.

Depends: If they did a cath urine (stuck a tube in you) or a clean catch with proper technique, the acceptable number of bacteria is very small. If it was your typical squat pee, collected in a toilet trap, it is a partial vaginal washout & more germs & debris are expected.
