Probably not: You may have been pregnant and had a silent miscarriage. The blood test performed in the er is very good and very sensitive i would trust those results.

Probably not: Blood pregnancy tests are usually more sensitive than urine, but lab errors do occur. Also there are certain people for whom a urine test can be falsely positive but blood tests prove they are not pregnant. Wait a few more days, and if your period still hasn't come, try another home pregnancy test. If your pain gets worse go back to ed.
