My 14 year old has a painful pimple on chin and it has deepened into the inside of mouth. it hurts when she chews & her chin hurts. how can i help her?

It sound like...: ....More than a pimple. Start with hot compresses to help it come to a head and drain. If that doesn't happen or if it worsens, see your doctor. An antibiotic or manually opening the infection (called "incision and drainage") may be necessary to help it heal.

Fistula: Since it hurts when she chews, she could have an infected tooth which has developed a fistula which means the infection is draining out through her her chin or into her mouth. You should take her to your dentist or oral surgeon immediately rather than trying any home remedies.
