An excellent reading: An ideal blood pressure is 120/70 or less. While it is possible for a person to have too low a blood pressure, this rarely happens unless the patient is on too much medication to treat high blood pressure. A blood pressure of 130/80 or less is still fine. We usually start treatment for readings of 140/90 and higher. In short, your reading is great. Don't touch a thing.
