See a dermatologist: You need a diagnosis. What you may think is fungal may be many things, like psoriasis, lichen planus, and many other serious dermatologic condtions that are treated far differently than fungal infections. A scraping of the lesion may be needed or even a small biopsy of the lesion. An experienced dermatologist should be able to help you. If recalcitrant yeast, gential violet may be the answer.
