How to prevent pimples or acne (facial)? what are the remedies to be used in order to prevent pimples /acne?

Easy to Rx: For maintenance while you're pimple-free, often an oral antibiotic such as tetracycline or Erythromycin in a low dose is sufficient. Personal hygiene has nothing to do with acne, and no home remedy works. Your physician may offer you a topical medication instead or in addition.
